Laura has been studying how busy people spend heir lives and has discovered we drastically overestimate our commitments each week, while underestimating the time we have to ourselves.
She provides a few practice strategies to finding more time for what matters most. An interesting conversation during this time where time has become such a difficult to measure and keep track of piece of our lives.
