Welcome to my blog, Context and Perspective.

I believe that people are only limited in their ability to accomplish great things by the breadth of their Context and the diversity of their Perspective. Our Context and Perspective on the world provides us the information we need to make thoughtful decisions. Decisions about how to treat one another, how to work together and how to relate to one another. My belief in Context and Perspective influences how I spend my free time, the experiences I strive to create for my two young sons and the way I follow and lead at work. 

I love hearing stories that broaden my understanding of the world; superseded only by my passion for sharing those stories and having conversations about their implications. I hope you enjoy some of the stories I share hear and I hope you will consider commenting on them to start a conversation.
